1. No Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products (nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and pharmaceutical active ingredients), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product, even if the product is unopened or unused.
2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a refund, we may require you to provide photos or additional documentation of the issue.
- If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Process
- If a refund is granted (for defective or incorrect items), the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may take a few additional days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- As we do not accept returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with any return requests, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If a refund is granted for defective or incorrect items, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
